The high-performance MTi 100 series product range from Xsens is the gold standard for dependable MEMS-based INSs, AHRSs, VRUs, and IMUs.
Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), Attitude and Heading Reference Systems (AHRS), Vertical Reference Units (VRU), and Inertial Measurement Units based on MEMS are produced on our highest-performing production line, the MTi 100 series, which also sets the industry standard for reliability (IMU).
The IP67-rated, waterproof, protective, anodised aluminium casing, waterproof connectors, and distinctive studs for simple mounting and alignment make up the rugged construction of the MTi 100 series. Because of its programmable output settings, you can synchronise it with any other device. Even under challenging environments, this all-in-one sensor provides accurate estimates of position, velocity, acceleration, and orientation thanks to its vibration-rejecting gyroscopes.
MTi 100 IMU
Our most effective inertial measurement unit is the MTi-100 (IMU). It offers calibrated data on the 3D rotation rate, 3D acceleration, and 3D magnetic field. Even under challenging circumstances, the excellent vibration-rejecting gyroscopes, a component of the MTi 100 series, ensure high-quality acceleration and orientation data. A protected, anodised IP67 aluminium casing, watertight connectors, and distinctive studs for simple mounting and alignment make up the rigid construction of the MTi-100. This all-in-one IMU offers adjustable output parameters for synchronisation with any third-party device and supports optimised temperature calibration. The MTi-100 can be distinguished from the other modules in this series by its dark-grey/black base plate and the tiny barometer holes on one side of the case.
The MTi-100 is MIL-STD 202 certified (Vibration).

MTi 200 VRU
A superior Vertical Reference Unit is the MTi-200 (VRU). Its sensors and fusion algorithm measure roll, pitch, and (unreferenced) yaw. Even under challenging circumstances, the excellent vibration-rejecting gyroscopes, a component of the MTi 100 series, ensure high-quality acceleration and orientation data. The MTi-200 is toughly constructed, with an anodised IP67 aluminium shell for protection, watertight connectors, and distinctive studs for simple mounting and alignment. This all-in-one VRU offers programmable output parameters for synchronisation with any third-party device and supports optimised temperature calibration and high-frequency orientation output. The MTi-200 can be distinguished from the other modules in this series by its dark-grey/black base plate and the tiny barometer holes on one side of the case. The MTi-200 also comes with Active Heading Stabilization (AHS), which further improves the accuracy of the heading track.

MTi 300 AHRS
The MTi-300 is our Attitude and Heading Reference System with the most satisfactory performance (AHRS). Its sensors and data fusion system provide accurate, North-referenced yaw, roll, and pitch information. Even under challenging circumstances, the excellent vibration-rejecting gyroscopes, a component of the MTi 100 series, ensure high-quality acceleration and orientation data. The MTi-300 is a rigid device with an IP67-rated protective housing made of anodised aluminium, waterproof connectors, and distinctive studs for simple mounting and alignment. The MTi-300 can be distinguished from the other modules in this series by its dark-grey/black base plate and the tiny barometer holes on one side of the case. This incredibly adaptable AHRS can also be set up as an IMU or VRU.

MTi G-710 GNSS/INS
A GNSS/INS (Global Navigation Satellite System/Inertial Navigation System) is the MTi-G-710. You may connect a GNSS antenna to its extra SMA connector. GNSS makes the referencing with gravity more reliable and provides a robust roll and pitch by allowing you to calculate accelerations and velocities. The MTi-G-710 may retrieve heading data without utilising the magnetometers by using the heading and course information provided by the GNSS data. It frequently appears in highly dynamic applications. Even in challenging environments, it provides high-quality position, velocity, acceleration, and orientation data thanks to vibration-rejecting gyroscopes. The MTi-G-710 has an easy-to-use Development Kit and an inbuilt sensor fusion algorithm.
